Domino Peak (“the Game”) is operated by NextFly (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you play, why we collect it, and the choices you have. You can play as a guest with minimal data, or sign in to sync your progress.

1. Information we collect

Account data. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a basic profile identifier and the email associated with that sign-in. If you connect Facebook, we receive your friends list (where permitted) to help you find friends.
Profile & gameplay. Your nickname, avatar, stats (games, wins, streaks), match history and leaderboard ranking.
Online play. Room and match metadata, and the content of text chat and emoji reactions you send at the table.
Voice. See the dedicated section below.
Device & technical. Device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region (from IP), and crash/diagnostic logs.
Guests. Guest play stores progress locally on your device and uses a temporary anonymous identifier for online matchmaking.

2. How we use your information

To run matches, matchmaking, private rooms, teams, reconnection and the leaderboard.
To save your stats and sync them across devices when you’re signed in.
To keep play fair and safe — including handling reports, mutes and blocks under our community guidelines.
To fix bugs, improve performance, and understand which features are used.

3. Voice & text chat

Voice chat is real-time only and used to talk during a lobby or match. We do not record or store your voice audio for normal play. Text chat and reactions may be retained briefly to operate the service and to review reports. You can mute any player or yourself at any time, and you can block or report players. Abusive conduct may lead to muting, suspension or a ban under our zero-tolerance guidelines.

Sign-in providers (Google, Apple) and, if connected, Facebook — only to authenticate you or find friends.
Infrastructure providers that host our servers and power real-time voice/matchmaking, acting under contract on our behalf.
Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. The Game shows optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads via the Appodeal SDK, which may process device identifiers to deliver ads, and offers in-app purchases processed by Apple, Google or Paddle — we never receive your full payment details.

5. Your rights & choices

Export. Request a copy of your data from in-app Settings → Account → Export my data.
Delete. Permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Access, correction & objection. Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or restriction of processing of your data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Game, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Children

Domino Peak is suitable for all ages, but accounts and online voice/chat are intended for players who meet the minimum age in their region. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age without appropriate consent.
